In beautiful downtown Madison, MS on Main Street, join over 500 cars, car enthusiast, specialty vendors, and more for the 20th annual Scarecrow Car Show. Proceeds from this event go to support local, Mississippi charities to help benefit our community. Be part of our Friday festivities starting with Cruisin' For Cash. Grab your car, register, and head to our select sponsor locations. Grab you poker chips and once you're done, bring them back to claim your prize. Get parked, decorate your vehicle and get ready for our incredible Trunk-R-Treat event. This annual event features incredible spectators, more vendors, and displays to help this feel like a real scarecrow style event. On Saturday, our show opens at 8:00 am. Parking is first come, first serve as 500 or more cars come rolling in for a wonderful day classic cars, food, unique finds, and oh so much fun. By Registering in this event I agree to the following WAIVER OF liability and Hold Harmless, I hereby release, discharge, dismiss, waive and covenant not to sue the Scarecrow Event Spons ors, the Mississippi Classic Cruisers car club, their officers, directors, members, agents, serv ants and employees (hereafter "RELEASEES") from all liability, cl aims, demands, actions and causes of action whats oever arising out of or relating in any way to any loss, damage or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me or my property, whether caused by th e negligence of RELEASEES, or otherwise, while I am on the premises of Scarecrow Event or any other location associated with the event. In addition, I hereby agree to indemnify, defend and hold RELEASEES and each of them harmless from all loss, liability, damage, costs, expenses and attorney’s fees that they may incur as the result of my participation in the 20 24 Scarecrow E vent, whether caus ed by the negligence of RELEASEES or any one or more of them or otherwise. All Scarecrow Event fees are non -refundable. I repres ent that I am over the age of eighteen (18) years, intend that this Waiver of Liability and Hold Harmless agreement bind my family members, spouse, heirs, executors and administrators and certify that I have liability and physical damage insurance for the vehicle I am bringing onto the property of Scarecrow Event. I hereby give permission to RELEASEES to use photograp hs of me and my vehicle on the premises of the Scarecrow E vent for any purpose.
